Strategic Charity Auctions understands that no two events are the same and each organization’s requirements are different. Some events entertain a few hundred attendees while others could cater to thousands. Is your event to be onsite, virtual live online only or a hybrid; with both onsite and online attendees? Do you require full staffing or can you assign volunteers event date duties? Do you desire prerecorded video, remote guest speakers, A/V support? Every venue is unique. Will the event occur in one area of the venue, multiple rooms or perhaps even different floors? Will the event have a live auction, a silent auction, a cash donation appeal factor, a wine pull and may involve just one or maybe all of the aforementioned components? We will provide only the services your organization desires. We offer services like professional bid calling, emcee services, fund-a-need assistance, clerking/cashiering and credit card processing individually as well as full service staffing which may include all of the above and other options such as an internet preview web page, online registration/ticket sales, table assignment assistance, tally board and leader board display, digital countdown display and remote off site guest participation facilitated by trained auction personnel to process all components and functions of your event.
Typically a la carte services are billed at a flat rate and full-service event entails an incentive plan billed at a fixed base fee plus a commission.
